My First Giveaway

Have you ever found a website with tons of things that you want to buy, or items that inspire you to redecorate your house? Anything to do with my kitchen just calls me by name. Things like these nice counter stools at allbarstools.com makes me excited. And sites like cookware.com could get my pocketbook in serious trouble. Well CSN has this collection of 200+ stores where you can find lots of great stuff.

Since I recently made some jumbo cupcakes, I wanted one of you to get this jumbo muffin tin so you can make really big treats too. To enter for this giveaway, just leave me a comment of your favorite kind of cupcake. If you don't have an account to include your name to the comment, that's ok. Post the comment as anonymous, just be sure to sign your name on your comment. You have until Friday afternoon at 4:00 PM central time to enter. Then I will pick a name at random as a winner. Good luck.

  1. I actually just made a recipe that called for a muffin pan and I didn't have one. (I used a 8 x8 baking dish instead.) It's called "Vegetable Quiche Cups to Go"

    1 package frozen chopped spinach
3/4 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar
    3/4 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup finely diced green bell pepper
    1/4 finely diced onion
3 drops hot pepper sauce (optional)

Heat oven to 350F. Spray 12 cup muffin pan with cooking spray.
Place spinach in microwaveable container and cookon High for 2 1/2 min, Drain excess liquid.
In a large bowl, combine spinach, cheese, egg substitute bell pepper, onion, and pepper sauce. Mix well. Divide evenly among the muffin cups.
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.

FROM: South Beach Diet Girl (you know who I am) and my favorite cupcake that I can't eat right now is Red Velvet with cream cheese icing.

  2. If I was at Sprinkles I would probably order a Lemon cupcake. But if I were making my own it would be chocolate ALL THE WAY!

But the real truth is...I would eat anything that resembles a cupcake and has a paper wrapper :)

  3. Leah, my favorite cupcakes are chocolate ones with cream cheese icing and vanilla pudding inserted into the middle of the cupcake. No calories, of course.
I'm enjoying recipes. Take care, Robin Weller

  4. Yay for your first giveaway! I stop by your blog on a regular basis and want to say thanks to you for stopping by mine!

It is really hard picking 'just one' favorite cupcake flavor. I love so many... chocolate, red velvet with cream cheese icing, lemon, classic vanilla with butter cream and sprinkles...
