I actually have a good reason for baking again. No really, I do. My nephew, Luke, has a swim-a-thon tomorrow evening and after the swim-a-thon they are having a party. The parents were asked to bring an international dessert. Since Kris doesn't make any kind of dessert, it was Aunt Leah to the rescue. And I decided that baklava was my international dessert of choice. See, I told you I had a good reason this time.
