Yesterday, while at the grocery store, I walked the aisles conflicted. Do I make traditional fajitas for dinner, or chicken fajita burgers? As much as I love the classic, sometimes it's fun to mix things up a bit. In the end, the burger won out. It's simple, and as my boyfriend, Stephen said, "Yum, yum, yum."
I used a premade Fajita Seasoning and mixed into the ground chicken. I also used it with the onions and green peppers. Then put them on a simple club roll. Couldn't be easier.
